By accessing vixeralabs.com or using any service offered by Vixera Labs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Content & IP
The content on this site — copy, design, code samples, and brand marks — is owned by Vixera Labs. Work product delivered to clients is governed by the engagement contract; clients receive full IP transfer on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that violate our infrastructure terms, or use it to facilitate illegal activity. We reserve the right to block abusive access.
Submissions
When you submit information through the free roadmap form or contact channels, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.
Warranties & liability
This site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information beyond what is stated. Our liability for any claim arising from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, if any.
Changes
